The abilities expo at the NRG center is about a week away and for those who have never attended will be in for a treat. This convention is a free event that focuses on improving the lives of the disabled and their families. There are events for all ages including a cosplay event, artist market, and vendors. For children, there is free face painting and a play area. Also, they have a technology showcase that is great for trying out vehicles or new wheelchair gadgets.
Lastly, the workshops are worth checking out and can vary from travel tips to experimental treatments that can better people’s lives.
The expo is a great experience for everyone and I hope the event can be beneficial to all attendees.
