OMG Burger originally from Katy recently opened a Sugar Land location. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious burgers and specialty cheesy fries. Also, spicy food eaters will appreciate that the menu has quite a few hot items to splurge on.
Experience

My visit came on a Friday afternoon and the restaurant was half full. The restaurant is a little small but fairly manageable for wheelchairs. Though the tables seem a little higher than usual. Fortunately, the tables weren’t much of a problem for my chair.
Before I mention the food, OMG Burger is counter service and has an automated robocall when your order is ready. Not much of a problem if you have a party, but alone the high counter may be an issue.
As mentioned before OMG Burger is a burger and fries place. They have quite a large selection to choose from. Nevertheless, I ordered the 2M2H Habanero Chicken Burger. Like the name says the burger is fairly spicy but not excruciatingly hot. You can get it as a beef patty but I decided to go with the fried chicken instead. This burger comes with melted pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, fried onion, mango salsa & 2M2H Mango Habanero sauce. Personally, the burger was really good and great quality. It was fairly delicious and had a great amount of spiciness to make spicy lovers happy.
Certainly, a burger I would get again. Their burgers are quite pricy, but the food is quite good. Also, the fries were really good and if the OMG Fries wasn’t almost entree portion I would have ordered them. The cheese fries with kimchi, fried egg, sriracha, OMG Sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese. This sounds incredible and might be something I order as an entree next time.
Accessibility
As I stated earlier, OMG Burger is a fairly small restaurant. Luckily, the restaurant is manageable for most chairs. The only major concern I noticed was the countertop to order was fairly high and the tables were higher than usual. The high countertop may pose a problem for many when picking up an order. The table’s height wasn’t too of a hassle but felt a little awkward at first.
Despite the issues, the restaurant has easy access to/from the restaurant, accessible parking near the entrance and standard bathroom that can accommodate most manual chairs. All-in-all the restaurant has adequate accessibility and offers no serious concerns that could impact the overall experience.
- Easy access to/from restaurant
- Step-free establishment
- Accessible parking near the entrance
- A standard bathroom that can accommodate most manual chairs.
- The high countertop may pose a problem when picking up an order
- High tables may be awkward for many
- Order-at-the-counter concept
Overall OMG Burger offers excellent and delicious food along with adequate accessibility to produce a nice local restaurant.
