My visit came on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was not very crowded. The restaurant isn’t that big but luckily not claustrophobically small. Though it is recommended to make reservations during peak dining hours. Also, the entrance does require a tight squeeze and may be problematic for some electric chairs.
Food
Firstly, I ordered the unique calamari balls as an appetizer. These meatballs were intensively delicious and stuffed with pork, calamari, and spices. And comes with a pleasant fish sauce on the side. Most definitely their finest items.
Next, I went with chicken curry as my entree, an excellent house specialty. The dish is cooked in a nice coconut curry sauce. I found it to be very flavorful and tasty The dish is nicely complemented with mangos, broccoli, green peppers, and steamed rice on the side. Undeniably, I would order this again.
Accessibility
The overall accessibility was superb for the most part, though there were some minor issues that may impact the experience. The issues of concern were the tight squeeze in the entrance and the restaurant’s bathroom may be too small for some. Nevertheless, the restaurant isn’t too burdensome during nonpeak dining hours.

Verdict
With amazing and overly delicious dishes along with excellent service, the V Lotus experience was superb. In fact, I will proclaim this as one of Sugar Land’s finest Vietnamese restaurants.
