Imperial (Sugar Land)

Home field of the Sugar Land Space Cowboys and affiliate of the Houston Astros Triple A minor league team. The stadium is relatively new and a great place to see a baseball game for everyone and prices are very reasonable for a family of four.
My Experience
I went on a Wednesday night and had no problem having an accessible seat. The game ended up being delayed due to rain and I was one of the lucky ones to have covered seats. I believe most accessible seats are covered, fortunately. Also, the seats are conveniently next to concessions and near a family bathroom.

The concessions have the usual fare of hot dogs, pretzels, and hamburgers. Prices are quite reasonable for a sporting event and they have a few unique concessions throughout the stadium that include Frito pies, ice cream, and alcoholic drinks.

Personally, I found the food to be okay and found that their nachos was probably the best item they offered.
Accessibility
The overall accessibility of the stadium was quite excellent with only a small issue with regard to accessible parking. They seemed to not have many accessible spots and I noticed this both times when I attended a game. The only advice I can stress is to come about 45 minutes before the game starts.
- Easy access to stadium
- Accessible parking near entrance
- Step free paths
- Entrance has no doors
- Easy access to concessions
- Accessible seats available
- Covered seats available
- Family bathrooms available
- Gift store can accommodate most wheelchairs
Verdict
Constellation Field provides an excellent experience at an affordable price, and I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
