Experience
My visit came on a weekday afternoon and the restaurant was not very busy. I was able to choose my table. There weren’t a whole lot of tables that could accommodate wheelchairs. But there was at least enough tables including my half booth table.
The waitress was pretty good and provided exceptional service when needed.
Food
I started off my meal with a huge pretzel served with queso and mustard sauce. The pretzel was very good, though a little bit greasy. Though, I did enjoy the spicy mustard sauce. Still worth getting again.
For my entrée I went with the Jalapeño cheese sausage sandwich on a pretzel roll. The sausage roll was superb and extremely tasty. Had a nice kick to them, but fairly manageable in my case. Also, I went with the German potato salad as a side. This was absolutely delicious with a nice addition of bacon bits and a mild mustard sauce. This was also served warm rather than cold. A nice change from the usual American potato salad.
Lastly, I ordered the churros for dessert. They were were more like a cinnamon donut, but still very delicious. Definitely worth getting again.
Accessibility
Accessibility for the most part is fairly exceptional, though evenings may make experience less optimal. Reservations are highly recommended if dining at night or attending Sunday brunch.

Verdict
Texas Biergarten with its unique blend of Texas and German cuisine is a notable place for delicious food and awesome Texas beers. By far the best German restaurant in the area.
